Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Smart Soft Engineering LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the LetsTryOn mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LetsTryOn. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or any content you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Use the App to harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

4. Credits, purchases & subscriptions

Virtual try-ons are powered by credits (one credit per try-on). New users receive a number of free credits to start. You can obtain additional credits through:

  • Credit packs — one-time consumable purchases. Credits are consumed as you use them and are non-refundable once used.
  • Subscriptions — auto-renewing plans that grant credits each billing period.

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Pricing is shown in the App before purchase. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the try-on service to you (including transmitting the photo you select to our AI provider to generate a result). We do not use your photos to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-generated results

Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations for visualization only. They may not accurately represent fit, size, color, fabric, or how a garment will actually look on you. Results are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any purchasing decision.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Smart Soft Engineering LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Soft Engineering LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
